A couple Sunday's ago i found a video at my moms that I used to use.

You may laugh but even in my healthiest day's it was dang hard.
So the kids thought it looked hilarious, they tried it a couple times, said it was hard
but couldn't resist dressing like the people on the video and working out with good ole SMITHEY!!
